A fruity, creamy and easy recipe using in-season mango to satisfy your sweet tooth this summer.

Ingredients:
2 Calypso® Mangoes
1 cup Greek Yoghurt (can use Coconut yoghurt for dairy free option)
1 tsp sweetener of choice (I used honey)
Method:
Blend the mango, honey and yoghurt together and freeze into ice-cube moulds. Once frozen, add to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy! Enjoy!
