We deliver to the Adelaide metro area on Tuesday and Fridays.

Cut off isĀ 12pm Sunday forĀ aĀ Tuesday deliveryĀ &Ā 12pm WednesdayĀ forĀ Friday Delivery.

Our meals have a 7 day shelf life, therefore we suggest you order your weekly meals for drop off one day a week. This will be one delivery cost.

And if you LOVE LOVE LOVE getting Bowlsome delivered, you can sign up for a subscription ~ get Bowlsome delivered weekly or fortnightly.
