Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and ordering us at Bowlsome! The following document sets out the
terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.


2. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your email address after you have placed an order. Please
keep this email as proof of your purchase.


3. Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order. We make-
to-order so your meals are as fresh as possible. Therefore, we require your orders to be
placed prior to our order deadlines. These are outlined in our FAQ’s page.
After your order is placed and your payment is authorised and verified. All orders are
processed in 1 day. We will contact you if there are any delays.

5. Shipment Rate & Delivery Estimates
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. After your order has been placed it will be processed. Delivery times are an estimate and commence from the date of delivery. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only, estimated arrival times are not guaranteed. Weather delays and unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery times. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort for fulfil your order.


(a) Standard Shipping
Delivery is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Cut off isĀ 12pm Sunday forĀ aĀ Tuesday deliveryĀ &Ā 12pm WednesdayĀ forĀ Friday delivery.Ā Our meals have a 7 day shelf life, therefore we suggest you order your weekly meals for drop off one day a week.
(1) Standard Shipping costs for home delivery is $15 per order.
(2) Please note we will not be responsible for incorrect shipping address if you provide
the incorrect details.

Bowlsome aims to provide transparency and visibility throughout the shipping process.

6. Damages
If there is any damage to the package upon delivery, contact us immediately at
info@bowlsome.com.au

7. Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We
found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour.
Bowlsome politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. If you have
a requested delivery spot please mention this is the comments section of your order. If you
can’t locate your order, please contact us at info@bowlsome.com.au to report a missing or
lost package.


8. Refund Policy
We are happy to offer you a refund if something has gone wrong with your meals. We ask
that you take photos and send us an email at info@bowlsome.com.au with an explanation of
the problem. We are always striving to offer you the most premium meals and we value the
feedback should there be any major problems. We firstly would like to work with you to
rectify any issues so that you feel confident to continue to order again with us.
We will not however, refund simply because you are not happy with your meal or have
changed your mind. Our subscription database offers you an opt out option at any time, with
no charge, therefore if you are not satisfied you are able to cancel this.
