Hot Choc Bun Balls by Annabelle | AB Performance Nutrition

Ingredients:

- 2 cups (90g) Kellogg’s Sultana Bran
- Β½ cup (41g) rolled oats
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1 tsp cinnamon spice
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 tablespoon Queens sugar free maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)

Procedure

1) In a high power blender combine all the ingredients, excluding sultana bran.Β  Blend until the mixture combines to a sticky paste like texture.

2) Add the sultana bran to the blender and pulse gently.

3) Scoop out the mixture into a bowl and add extra water as needed to mix into a dough.Β  Roll the mixture into balls and place on a lined baking tray.

4) Store in the fridge or freezer.Β  Best enjoyed chilled!
