Ingredients:

2 heaped teaspoons miso paste

1 tablespoon black vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon finely grated garlic

1 teaspoon finely grated ginger

1 tablespoon oil

2 tablespoons water

1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

Firm tofu
-
Gluten-free flour
-
Quinoa crumbs
-
Rice bran oil for frying
-
Sea salt and fresh lime juice for seasoning
Instructions:
- Cube firm tofu
- Mix miso paste, black vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, oil, water, and soy sauce for the marinade
- Coat tofu in gluten-free flour, then miso marinade, and finally quinoa crumbs
- Fry in rice bran oil until golden
- Season with sea salt and fresh lime juice
